Terms of sale and warranty
How we quote, deliver and invoice our machines, and what the warranty covers. Last updated 23 October 2026.

About these terms
These terms apply when you buy a machine from Innovus Machine Builders Private Limited ("Innovus", "we"). They sit alongside the quotation, the order confirmation, the invoice and the warranty card for your machine. If any of those documents says something different, that document applies to your order.
Quotes and orders
A quotation sets out the machine, the model, what is included and the price. It is valid for the period written on it.
Your order is accepted when we confirm it to you in writing. The specifications on this website are a guide; the quotation and the order confirmation set what you are buying.
Prices
Prices are as written in the quotation. Taxes such as GST, and any other duties or charges, are extra unless the quotation says they are included.
Delivery and installation
Delivery, transport, installation, commissioning and training are carried out as agreed in your order, including the place, the timing and any site preparation the order asks you to arrange.
Payment
Payment is due as set out in the invoice and the order confirmation.
Warranty
Every machine comes with a 2-year warranty for its function and its spare parts. The warranty card supplied with the machine sets out the final terms, including when the warranty period starts, and it applies over this summary.
The warranty does not cover damage or faults caused by: misuse, or use that does not follow the operator's guide; repairs, changes or service by anyone we have not authorised; feeding items the operator's guide says must not go into the machine; power faults, such as voltage fluctuations or surges, or an unsuitable electrical supply; or accidents, fire, flood and other events outside our control.
To make a warranty claim, contact us with the machine, its model (on the plate on the machine) and your site, using the details below.
Annual maintenance contract (AMC)
After the warranty, service visits are available under an annual maintenance contract. An AMC is a separate plan, with its own price and terms, sized to your machine and site.
Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, our responsibility for a machine is limited to repairing or replacing it, or its parts, under the warranty, or to the price paid for that machine. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, such as loss of profit or business.
Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility that cannot be limited under Indian law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
Changes
We may update these terms. The terms in force on the date of your order confirmation apply to that order.
