Every day

  1. Switch off and unplug before you clean. Keep the plug with you, so no one switches it on.

  2. Clean the hopper and the outlet from outside.Use a scraper. Never reach into the screw.
  3. Wipe the outside with a damp cloth.Keep water away from the motor and the switch.
  4. Sweep up spilled waste around the feeder.A clean floor stops slips.

Regularly

  1. Check the covers and guards are fixed and not broken.Broken or missing? Don't use the feeder. Call us.
  2. Look for loose bolts.Found one? Tell us.
  3. Listen for new noises.Tell us early.

  4. Greasing, belts, the gearbox, the motor and opening the screw housing: call us.

Never open the control panel or touch the wiring. If you feel an electric shock, switch off the main MCB and call us at once.
