It won't start
  1. Check the plug and the MCB.
  2. Still nothing? Call us. Do not open the control panel.
Waste doesn't come out
  1. Stop feeding. Switch off and unplug.
  2. Check the outlet or the next machine is not full.
  3. Clear the hopper opening from outside, with a scraper. Never reach into the screw.
  4. Still blocked? Call us.
Waste comes out in lumps, or unevenly
  1. Feed slower and more evenly.
  2. Break up big lumps before feeding.
  3. Still uneven? Call us.
Rope or cloth is wrapped round the screw
  1. Switch off and unplug.
  2. Do not pull it out by hand. Call us.
  3. Next time, take out long things before feeding.
A stone or metal fell in
  1. Switch off at once and unplug.
  2. Do not reach in to get it. Call us.
Noise or shaking
  1. Switch off and call us.
The motor gets hot, or the MCB trips
  1. Switch off.
  2. Do not switch the MCB on again and again. Call us.

Never open the control panel or touch the wiring. If you feel an electric shock, switch off the main MCB and call us at once.
