The shredder is stuck
  1. Use reverse to push the waste back.
  2. Pour in a little water. Run forward, then reverse, a few times.
  3. Still stuck? Switch off.
  4. Wait until the blades stop.
  5. Look for plastic, metal or dry waste under the blades.
  6. Take it out with the scraper tool. Never use your hands.
  7. Still stuck? Call us.
The shredder clogs often
  1. Feed only 5 kg at a time, slowly.
  2. Take out plastic, metal and other hard things first.
  3. Wash the blades after every batch.
Waste spills out of the front door
  1. Stop adding waste.
  2. Next time, do not fill above the feeding level.
Automatic mode won't start
  1. Close and lock the front doors properly.
  2. Humidity shows zero? Clean the moisture sensor.
  3. Still not starting? Call us. Do not open the control panel.
Humidity shows zero
  1. Switch off and clean the moisture sensor.
  2. Still zero? Call us.
The temperature doesn't rise
  1. Call us. The temperature sensor or the heater needs a technician.
Red lamp stays on, doors are closed
  1. Close and lock the front doors firmly.
  2. Still red? Call us. The door sensor needs adjusting.
The machine won't switch on
  1. Check the main MCB is on.
  2. Check the key switch at the back is on.
  3. Check the power plug is pushed in firmly.
  4. Still nothing? Call us. Do not open the control panel.
The screen stays blank
  1. Check the main MCB is on.
  2. Wait 10 seconds.
  3. Still blank? Call us. Keep water away from the screen.
You feel a shock from the machine
  1. Do not touch the machine again.
  2. Switch off the main MCB.
  3. Call us at once. Do not use the machine until we fix it.
The MCB keeps tripping
  1. Leave it off.
  2. Call us. The wiring needs a technician.
Bad smell from the air outlet
  1. Clean the blower mesh.
  2. Still smells? Call us. The filter may need changing.
Too much steam, or water leaking
  1. Clean the inside of the doors so they close tight.
  2. Still leaking? Call us. The blower needs checking.
Squeaking, banging or buzzing
  1. Switch off.
  2. Call us. Bearings, gearbox or blower need a technician.
The machine shakes a lot
  1. Check it stands on its mounts, not on its wheels.
  2. Check the floor is level.
  3. Check the wheels are not broken.
  4. Still shaking? Call us.
Slow, or stops often
  1. Call us. The power supply needs checking.

Never open the control panel or touch the wiring. If you feel an electric shock, switch off the main MCB and call us at once.
