After every batch

  1. Switch off and unplug.Wait until the blades stop completely.
  2. Take out the crate of shredded waste.
  3. Put a bucket in the bay to catch the water.

  4. Keep water away from the plug, the switch and the motor.

  5. Pour water over the blades.Do it while they are still wet, so waste doesn't dry and stick.
  6. Remove stuck waste with the scraper tool.Never use your hands. The blades are sharp even when stopped.
  7. Wipe the hopper and the crate bay.
  8. Empty the dirty water into a drain.
  9. Dry the floor.

Twice a month

  1. Clean the outside and the shredding area with D7 Diversey liquid.Switch off and unplug first. Wipe with a soft cloth.

Regularly

  1. Look for loose screws and bolts.Found one? Tell us.
  2. Check the power cable for cuts.Damaged? Do not use the machine. Call us.

  3. Blades blunt or damaged? Call us. Only our technicians change blades.

  4. Never open the switch box or the motor cover. Call us.

Never open the control panel or touch the wiring. If you feel an electric shock, switch off the main MCB and call us at once.
